Frac Daddy Belmont Stakes Odds
ELMONT, NY (The Spread) - After a brutal showing in this year's Kentucky Derby, Frac Daddy will look for a better outing this Saturday at the 2013 Belmont Stakes.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, Frac Daddy is 30/1 to win this weekend's race, while Always in a Tiz, Giant Finish, Incognito, Midnight Taboo and Vyjack all have the same odds, respectively. Unlimited Budget and Will Take Charge are 20/1, while Saint Vigeur has the longest odds at 40/1.
Orb remains favored to win this year's Belmont Stakes at 3/1 after he won the Kentucky Derby back in early May. Revolutionary has the next best odds at 4/1, while Oxbow is 6/1 after winning the 2013 Preakness Stakes. Freedom Child and Golden Soul are 12/1, while Overanalyze is 15/1.
Frac Daddy finished a disappointing 16th at this year's Kentucky Derby, which was his third straight Grade 1 start. He also finished seventh at the Florida Derby on March 30 and placed second at the Arkansas Derby on April 13.
In his other graded stakes races, he finished sixth at the Grade 3 Holy Bull Stakes on January 26 and second at the Grade 2 Kentucky Jockey Club on November 24. He also won a Maiden Special Weight on November 3 and placed second in his first career race, which was another MSW on October 4.
The 2013 Belmont Stakes will take place from Belmont Park on Saturday, June 8.
