Indy Duals in Detroit Odds

DETROIT, MI (TheSpread) – The 2014 IndyCar Series is back in action this weekend with the Indy Duals in Detroit. Here is a look at the odds to win one of the races.

These duals are two 70-lap races, one taking place on Saturday and another on Sunday. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Will Power is favored to win the dual, as he has 7/2 odds to win. Other short odds to prevail are Scott Dixon (5/1) and Ryan Hunter-Reay (6/1).

Power has not won at the duels. He comes into this weekend second in the point standings, 40 points out of first place. He has one win this year with three top 5s and five top 10s in five races.

Dixon won the lone race that was held in 2012. He is ninth in the point standings, 142 points out of first place. He is winless on the year and has just two top 5s in five races.

Hunter-Reay is coming off a win in the Indianapolis 500 last weekend. He is now leading the point standings thanks to the Indy 500 win. He has two wins and two runner-ups this year in the IndyCar series.
