BALTIMORE, MD (The Spread) – After competing two weeks ago in the Kentucky Derby, Creative Cause will give it another run in this weekend’s 2012 Preakness Stakes.
According to oddsmakers Creative Cause is 8/1 to win this year’s Preakness Stakes, which gives him comparable odds to fellow contenders Went The Day Well (8/1) and Optimizer (12/1). Bodemeister and I’ll Have Another are co-favorites for this weekend, as they’re both 3/1.
Creative Cause entered the Kentucky Derby not having finished lower than third in any race of his career.
