Why Bet Nyquist: Because he owns one of the more impressive resumes that we’ve seen in recent memory. As previously mentioned, he’s won all seven of his races, which included four Grade 1 starts. He was also named champion 2-year-old male after winning the Sentient Jet Breeders’ Cup Juvenile.
Nyquist dominated previously undefeated Mohaymen in the Xpressbet.com Florida Derby and Mohaymen has the next-best odds to win Saturday’s Kentucky Derby. There’s good reason why Nyquist is favored heading into Churchill Downs: At the outset of this weekend’s race, there’s nobody in his class.
