The 2009 Quail Hollow Championship starts Thursday, April 30 from the Quail Hallow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina and oddsmakers have made Tiger Woods a 5/2 favorite.

Even though he remains 630 points behind 2009 PGA Tour Regular Season points leader Geoff Ogilvy, oddsmakers from online sports book SPORTSBETTING.COM have made Tiger Woods a 5/2 favorite to win the 2009 Quail Hollow Championship.
Woods has 720 points and three top 10 finishes in four PGA Tour Events this season, but ranks 630 points behind Ogilvy, who has 1,350 points and three top 10 finishes in eight events. Despite being the current points leader, oddsmakers have made Ogilvy a 18/1 long shot to win at the Quail Hollow Club on Thursday.
Phil Mickelson is once again expected to give Tiger is biggest challenge as oddsmakers have established his odds to win the Quail Hollow at 9/1. Mickelson currently has the second amount of points behind Ogilvy with 1,273.
One long shot to keep an eye on this week is Nick Watney, who ranks fourth on the 2009 PGA Tour Regular Season points leader board with 1,190. Watney is a 50/1 long shot to win the 2009 Quail Hollow despite having three top 10 finishes in 10 events this season.
The 2009 Quail Hollow Championship will start at 8:00AM ET the morning of Thursday, April 30. It’ll take place live at the Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina and run through Sunday, May 3. For a complete list of odds, see below.
