Lauren Alaina, Scotty McCreery, Jacob Lusk and Casey Abrams were all safe, leaving Haley Reinhart, Stefano Langone and Paul McDonald in the Bottom 3. After giving a lukewarm performance on Wednesday, McDonald was the one voted off this week. (It also didn’t help McDonald that Langone gave one of his best performances of the season.)
Oddsmakers from online sports book Bodog.com now list McCreery and Alaina as the favorites at +250 to win American Idol Season 10. Following closely is Durbin, who is +350 on the money line, while Reinhart is +700 and Abrams is +800. Lusk (+1400) and Langone are the long-shots at +2000.
This is the second week in a row that Langone was in the Bottom 3, and the third time in the last four weeks. This was also the third time that Reibhart has appeared in the Bottom 3 this season, although the first time in three weeks. Abrams, Alaina, Durbin and McCreery are now the only contestants who have not appeared in the Bottom 3 to date.
