Two former Masters champions will look to add another green jacket to their trophy case, but who will finish better this weekend between Vijay Singh and Zach Johnson?

Both golfers are among the favorites to win the tournament, but in a head-to-head matchup, Johnson is slightly favored

According to oddsmakers from online sports book SBGGLOBAL, Zach Johnson has a money line of -125 against Singh, who has a money line of -105. Here is a look at both golfers heading into this tournament, which takes place from Augusta National in August, Georgia and begins on Thursday.

Zach Johnson -125:
Johnson was the 2007 Masters champion. It is his only major championship win. He has missed the cut in two of five Masters he has played in, finishing 20th and 32nd in the two other cuts he has made. Johnson is 30th in the world rankings currently. He missed the cut in his last tournament and has failed to finish in the top 10 in his last six events. Johnson doesn’t have a top 10 finish in 2010.

Vijay Singh -105:
Singh won the 2000 Masters title and he is a three-time major championship winner. Singh hasn’t missed the cut in the Masters since 1995. Singh has nine top-10 finishes in this tournament but none occurred in the last three years. He finished 13th in 2007, 14th in 2008, and 30th in 2009. Singh ranks 36th in the world right now, but he hasn’t won a tournament since 2008. Singh withdrew last week from the Shell Houston Open, so that could be a factor this week. Prior to the Houston Open, Singh finished 11th and fourth in his previous two tournaments.

Who will win: Both golfers have struggled in recent play but Singh has the consistency at Augusta that you have to like. If his health is not going to be an issue this weekend, you have to like him to finish ahead of Johnson. Johnson may have won a Masters title in the past, but that appears to be far from a trend for him in this tournament, as he has not finished near the top in any of his other outings.
