2010 Pebble Beach Picks

The AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am will tee off Thursday morning, and our team of writers and handicappers have three suggested plays for the weekend.

Bet The 2010 AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am
Phil Mickelson 8/1

Mickelson is a three-time winner of this event, taking the title in 2007, 2005, and 1998. Mickelson has finished in the top 20 in the four of his past five events. His consistently strong play in this tournament and his status in the world rankings make him a good play at 8/1.

Dustin Johnson 22/1

Johnson is the defending champion and he also finished seventh in 2008. Johnson is coming off a third-place finish last weekend and he has placed in the top 25 in seven of his last 10 tournaments. Picking a defending champion can be risky, but Johnson has been playing well as of late and at 22/1, he makes a strong play.

Sergio Garcia 25/1

Garcia is 15th in the world rankings and has a string of 11-straight cuts made, where he has finished inside the top 20 in seven of those events. Garcia has not played in this event in recent history, but his strong play to end 2009 and start 2010 makes him a good play with 25/1 odds.

The 2010 AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am will be played at in Pebble Beach, California starting on Thursday, Feb. 11 and concluding Sunday, Feb. 14.
