2011 Golden Globe Award Odds

According to online sports book Sportsbook.com, The Social Network is the hands down favorite to win Best Motion Picture (Drama) at –250 on the money line. The Kings Speech has +150 odds, while The Fighter and Inception are +1000, and Black Swan is the long shot at +1200.
Colin Firth (The Kings Speech) is a whopping –900 money line favorite to win Best Actor (Drama) tonight. He’s followed by James Franco (+500) of 127 Hours and Jesse Eisenberg (+800) of The Social Network. Mark Wahlberg (The Fighter) and Ryan Gosling (Blue Valentine) are both long shots at +1500
Natalie Portman (Black Swan) is expected to take home the Golden Globe for Best Actress (Drama) at –800 on the money line, while Nicole Kidman (Rabbit Hole) is +500 and Jennifer Lawrence (Winters Bone) at +600 have the next best odds. Michelle Williams (Blue Valentine) and Halle Berry (Frankie & Alice) are the long shots at +2000.
Some other favorites include The Kids Are Alright (-800/Best Motion Picture Comedy), Johnny Depp (-200/Best Actor in a Comedy or Musical), Annette Bening (-600/Best Actress in Comedy or Musical), Christian Bale (-550/Best Supporting Actor) and Melissa Leo (-200/Best Support Actress).
There looks to be a runaway for Best Director, as David Fincher of The Social Network is –700 on the money line. Tom Hooper of The Kings Speech is +600, while Christopher Nolan of Inception is +700.
