NHL Betting Trends
Buffalo
The Sabres are 2-7 in their last nine meetings in Tampa Bay. Buffalo is 4-13 in the last 17 meetings overall.
Tampa Bay
The over is 4-1-2 in the last seven Lightning home games. The under is 9-3-1 in the last 13 meetings in Tampa Bay.
Prediction:
The Sabres have been red-hot obviously, but they’ve been just getting by lately and a matchup at Tampa Bay is far from ideal. I think it all comes crashing down here, at least for one game, and I’m going to roll the dice on the puckline bet as the Lightning are talented enough to take even a hot team to the woodshed on a good night.
