NHL Betting Trends

New York

The Islanders are 4-0 in their last four Thursday games. New York is 5-1 in its last six games overall.

Tampa Bay

The Lightning are 9-1 in the last 10 meetings. Tampa Bay is 4-1 in the last five home meetings.

Tampa Bay is playing fantastic hockey and has dominated this series the last several years. While the Islanders are also playing well right now, I think they might be overachieving a bit. I hate betting on the puckline two games in a row with a team as it's hard to win by multiple goals in the NHL, but after hitting on the Lightning Tuesday night I am going right back to the well here.
