According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Stars are -110 on the money line versus the Penguins, who also have odds of -110 to win tonight’s game. The total, meanwhile, sits at 5.5 goals.

Dallas picked up Patrick Sharp in the off-season to join high-scoring Tyler Seguin (37 goals last year). The Stars' defense ranked fourth-worst in the NHL last year, allowing 3.13 goals per game.

They now face Pittsburgh, who added star winger Phil Kessel, who scored three goals in the preseason. Their offense will be scary-good, but the defense is shaky as always.
