Montreal Canadiens DFS Spin

If there's one area in particular Montreal could improve on from Game 4, it's getting off to a better start. "I think the more the [first] period went on, the better we were and I think we had a really solid second period," Canadiens coach Dominique Ducharme said. "That's part of the challenge that we needed to face, just be settling in, getting into that game and it took a little bit of time." Tampa Bay outshot Montreal 12-5 through 20 minutes, but in part thanks to Carey Price, the Canadiens actually had a 1-0 lead going into the first intermission. Montreal went on to earn a 3-2 overtime victory to extend the series to a game 5. So they got away with it on Monday, but if they want to keep pushing this series further, getting off to a stronger start would of course increase their chances.

Tampa Bay Lightning DFS SPIN

Although Tampa Bay ultimately lost Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final, Lightning coach Jon Cooper was pleased with his team's performance. “What could we have done different?” Cooper asked. “Probably not hit as many posts as we hit. The puck’s been going in for us, and tonight it didn’t. Do I think we generated enough chances to score? I did, and they didn’t go in and sometimes that happens.” The Lightning suffered a 3-2 overtime loss despite outshooting their opponent 34-21. The Lightning still hold a 3-1 series lead, so they'll have another opportunity to win a championship on Wednesday.
