Tampa Bay Lightning DFS SPIN
Experience has helped the Tampa Bay Lightning stay strong in high-pressure playoff games. The Lightning carried a 2-1 led into the third period of a pivotal Game 3 against the New York Islanders Thursday night. They managed to stay collected in the final frame, limiting the Islanders to eight shots, which led to the Lightning earning a 2-1 edge in the semifinals series. “It’s everyone buying into the system,” Lightning captain Steven Stamkos said. “We know what our job is. We talked about it in between the second and third. We’ve got a one-goal lead going into the third period of a playoff game, we know what we have to do. And we’ve done it time and time again. This group is comfortable in these situations. This time of the year, it’s guys doing whatever it takes to win, and that’s the most important thing. And when you have a complete buy in, you know you get results like we’re getting right now.” After winning the Stanley Cup in 2020, the Lightning are just six wins away from defending their championship. Those final victories will be very hard to come by though with their first opportunity to push forward coming against the hungry Islanders in Game 4 on Saturday.
New York Islanders DFS Spin
