Stanley Cup Final Game 3 Props
(TheSpread) – The 2011 Stanley Cup Final continues on Monday night with the Vancouver Canucks looking to take a 3-0 lead on the Boston Bruins. Here are the prop odds for Game 3.
Vancouver took a 2-0 lead in the series after a 3-2 overtime win in Game 2. The Canucks scored just 11 seconds into overtime as Alexandre Burrows had the game-winner on a wrap-around play.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bodog Vancouver is the overwhelming favorite to win the series with odds of -800. Boston is a slight favorite to win Game 3, with a money line of -115.
In game 3, Daniel Sedin of Vancouver has been given odds of -150 to score a point in the contest, while he has odds of +120 to not score a point. Sedin has scored a point in three of the last four games in the playoffs and in one of the two Stanley Cup Final games. For the playoffs, Sedin has 18 points in 20 games.
For Boston, Mark Recchi scored one of the two goals in Game 2. He now has odds of +145 to score a point in Game 3 while he has odds of -185 to not score a point. Recchi’s goal in Game 2 was the first point he had scored in nine games. He has just eight points in 20 playoff games this season.
