Hawks on 4-0 Stanley Cup Finals run
TAMPA, FL (The Spread) – Following their victory in Game 1 on Wednesday night, the Blackhawks are now on an impressive Stanley Cup Finals streak.
Chicago’s 2-1 victory over Tampa Bay was its fourth straight win in the Stanley Cup Finals. The Hawks are also now 5-2 in their last seven road games, 4-1 in their last five games overall, and 4-1 in their last five contests versus Atlantic opponents.
That said, the win was also the first for the Hawks in their last five games in Tampa. Chicago is still just 2-6 in its last eight games overall versus the Lightning, which is a profitable 37-15 in its last 52 home games.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book GT Bets, the Lightning are -125 money line favorites versus the Blackhawks, who are +113 money line underdogs for Game 2 on Saturday night. The puck will drop at 7:15PM ET.
