Flames vs. Ducks Game 5 Odds
ANAHEIM, CA (TheSpread) – The Anaheim Ducks look to punch their ticket to the conference finals today when they host the Calgary Flames at 10PM ET in Game 5 of their series.
Calgary is 50-35-7 overall and 23-21-2 on the road. Anaheim is 58-24-8 overall and 30-12-3 at home. Anaheim took a 3-1 lead in the series thanks to a 4-2 road win in Game 4 on Friday. The Ducks have now won six of their last eight against the Flames and these two have hit the over in six of their last seven meetings.
According to the latest oddsmakers, the Ducks are the clear favorite tonight, as they are getting odds of -235 to win. The Flames have been given a money line of +210 to prevail tonight. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 5.5 goals.
The Flames held a 2-1 lead in the first period of Game 4, then the Ducks whittled away that lead and scored two goals in the third period to get the victory. Frederik Andersen had 25 saves in net for Anaheim to lead the Ducks while Karri Ramo also had 25 saves for the Flames. Jakob Silfverberg had one goal and one assist for the Ducks while Francois Beauchemin had two assists. Michael Ferland and Sean Monahan each scored for the Flames in the loss.
