(The Spread) – There is a lot at stake in Game 4 Thursday night between the Vancouver Canucks and the host Nashville Predators as one side tries to take a commanding lead in the best-of-seven series, while the other attempts to draw even.

Oddsmakers from online sports book SBGGLOBAL.com have made the Canucks -125 favorites and the Predators +105 underdogs for the 8:40PM EST start. The over-under is set at 5 goals.
Vancouver took a 2-1 lead in the series Tuesday in Nashville when Ryan Kesler scored halfway throught the first overtime to give the Canucks a 3-2 victory. Predators goaltender Pekka Rinne was stellar in the losing effort as he stopped 44 of 47 shots, far more than Vancouver goalie Roberto Luongo who turned back 28 of 30.
Daniel Sedin and Kesler lead the Canucks offensively during the playoff season as both have totaled eight points in 10 games. Joel Ward has paced Nashville with four goals and three assists in nine games.
According to current NHL public betting information, 59 percent of 1,254 bets have been placed on the Vancouver Canucks. The latest NHL trends show that Vancouver is 9-6-0 straight up against Nashville over the last three seasons. Eleven of 14 games in this series have gone under the total over the last three seasons.
