(TheSpread) – The Philadelphia Flyers look to pull off another series win over the Boston Bruins as the two once again meet in the Eastern Conference Semifinals, starting on Saturday.

Philadelphia is the No. 2 seed in the East and the Flyers beat Buffalo in seven games in the first round. The Bruins are the No. 3 seed and Boston got past Montreal in seven games in the first round. Philadelphia overcame a 3-0 deficit to Boston last year to win their Eastern Conference semifinal series in seven games.

According to oddsmakers from online sports book SBGGLOBAL.com Philadelphia is the favorite to win this series, as the Flyers have odds of -120 while the Bruins come in with odds of -110.

The Flyers found themselves down 3-2 in the series with Buffalo, but pulled off an overtime win in Game 6 and then won Game 7 5-2 to advance to the next round. Philadelphia scored 22 goals in the seven games while giving up 18.

Boston trailed 2-0 in its series with Montreal, but rallied to win four of the next five games, including a 4-3 overtime win in Game 7 to reach the second round. The Bruins scored 17 goals in the series while giving up 17.

These two teams faced off four times during the regular season with Boston winning three of the four games. The Burins scored 13 goals in the four contests, while Philadelphia posted just 8 goals.

Trends show that the Bruins are 8-3 in their last 11 games with the Flyers while the road team has won 4 of the last 5 meetings in this series. The Flyers are also 3-8 in their last 11 home games.

In terms of injuries, Boston defenseman Steve Kampfer is out with a knee injury while Philadelphia goalie Michael Leighton is questionable with a lower body injury.
