Sunday's NHL Playoff Odds
(TheSpread) – The NHL Playoffs have a pair of second round games taking place on Saturday. Here is a look at the odds and over/under totals for both contests.
The first game on the day comes in the Eastern Conference, with No. 5 Philadelphia playing host to No. 6 New Jersey at 3PM ET (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers, the Flyers are the favorite to win this game, as they have a money line of -159 to win, while the Devils have odds of +146 to prevail. The over/under total for the game has been set at 5.5 goals. The Flyers are 24-14-6 at home this season while the Devils are 26-17-2 on the road. These two teams have split the season series 3-3 and the road team has won four of the six meetings.
The second game of the day comes in the Western Conference as No. 3 Phoenix hosts No. 4 Nashville at 8PM ET (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers, the Predators are a road favorite in this one, giving them odds of -113 to win, while the Coyotes have odds of +104 to prevail. The Coyotes won the opener, 4-3 in OT on Friday, and now have a 1-0 lead in the series. Phoenix is 24-13-8 at home while Nashville is 24-16-4 on the road. The road team has actually won six of the last seven games between these two teams.
