Thursday's NHL Playoff Odds
(TheSpread) – The NHL Playoffs concludes its first round on Thursday with a pair of Game 7’s. Here is a look at the odds for each of the two games.
The first game of the night is in the East with the top seed, the New York Rangers, hosting the eighth-seeded Ottawa Senators at 7PM ET (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers, the Rangers are favored to win the game, as they have a money line of -161, while the Senators have odds of +148 to win. The over/under total for goals has been set at 5. New York is 28-13-3 at home this season while the Senators are 23-15-6 on the road. The home team has won just three of the last 10 games between these two.
The other game on Thursday is also in the East with No. 3 Florida hosting No. 6 New Jersey at 8:30PM ET (View Matchup). Oddsmakers actually see the Devils as the favorite, giving them odds of -117 to win, while Florida has a money line of +108 to prevail. The over/under for goals scored has been set at 5. Florida is 23-10-11 at home this season while New Jersey is 25-17-2 on the road. The home team has won four of the six games in this series and the last three.
