Predators vs. Blackhawks Gm 6 Odds
CHICAGO, IL (TheSpread) – The Chicago Blackhawks return home looking to close out the Nashville Predators tonight in Game 6 of their series at 8PM ET.
Chicago is 51-30-6 on the season and 26-12-5 at home while Nashville is 49-26-12 overall and 19-17-7 on the road. Nashville forced a Game 6 by picking up a 5-2 victory at home in Game 5. The home team has now won four straight in this series and eight of the last 10 meetings between these two. The two have hit the over in five of their last six meetings as well.
According to oddsmakers at the online sports book GT Bets, Chicago is favored to win tonight’s game, as the Blackhawks are getting odds of -165 to win, while the Predators have a money line of +150 to prevail. The over/under total for the game has been set at 5 goals.
The Predators got the 5-2 win in Game 5 thanks to a four-goal third period. It was the first real sign of weakness from Chicago goalie Scott Darling, who has played extremely well with the benching of Corey Crawford. Filip Forsberg recorded a hat trick in the win for the Preds while James Neal had a goal and an assist. Brad Richard had a goal and an assist for Chicago in the loss.
