Monday's NHL Playoff Odds
(TheSpread) – The NHL Playoffs have just four series still going in the first round. Two of those series may end on Monday. Here is a look at the odds for each of the two games on the night.
The first game of the night is in the East with No. 8 Ottawa hosting No. 1 New York at 7PM ET (View Matchup). The Senators lead the series 3-2 and are looking to advance to the next round, but New York is favored to win the contest with odds of -114. The Senators have +105 to prevail. The over/under for goals scored has been set at 5. New York is 25-12-6 on the road while Ottawa is 21-18-4 at home. Ottawa has won five of its last seven against New York.
The second game of the night is in the West with No. 6 Chicago hosting No. 3 Phoenix at 9PM ET (View Matchup). The Coyotes have a 3-2 edge on Chicago but the Blackhawks are the favorite to win this game, as they have been given odds of -144 to win. Phoenix has a money line of +133 to win, while the over/under total has been set at 5 goals. Phoenix is 22-14-7 on the road this season while Chicago was 27-8-8 at home. The Coyotes have won six of their last eight against the Blackhawks.
