Penguins vs. Rangers Prediction
The over has been profitable in previous meetings between the Penguins and Rangers, who will meet on Thursday night at Madison Square Garden. With the total sitting at only 5.5 for this 7:00 p.m. ET puck drop, is the over the safest bet on the board?

Pittsburgh Penguins DFS Spin
Tristan Jarry surrendered five goals on 31 shots in Tuesday’s 6-4 loss to the Colorado Avalanche. By the time Nathan MacKinnon had scored his second goal against Jarry — one in each of the first two periods — the Penguins were down 3-1 on the scoreboard with 28 minutes remaining in regulation. While they would gamely fight back with several more goals over the remainder of the contest, Jarry just couldn’t keep Colorado’s offense down long enough for his own offense’s goals to make a lasting dent the deficit. Perhaps showing a little fatigue down the stretch, this was Jarry’s second five-goal-allowed showing in his last five starts. He has allowed at least three goals in four of his last five trips to the crease. Showing next on Pittsburgh’s schedule, a Thursday meeting with the Rangers.
New York Rangers DFS Spin
Alexandar Georgiev stopped 20-of-21 shots in Tuesday’s 3-1 win over the New Jersey Devils. Nicely done by Georgiev on Tuesday. Despite his strong overall performance, the 26-year-old netminder never had a real shot at a shutout, as the lone goal he gave up (to Yegor Sharangovich) was scored relatively early in the first period. Georgiev had surrendered four goals in each of his last two starts before rebounding in strong fashion against New Jersey. Showing next on the schedule for the Rangers, a Thursday meeting with the Penguins.
