Richards out for Hawks, who host Wild
CHICAGO, IL (The Spread) – Brad Richards will miss the final three games of the Blackhawks’ season but that might not be a problem for Chicago tonight.
Richards is currently dealing with an upper-body injury that is expected to hold him out of the final three games of Chicago’s regular season. That said, coach Joel Quenneville said Tuesday that Richards should be back in time for the playoffs.
The Blackhawks will look to put even more space between themselves and the Wild in the Western Conference standings when they host Minnesota tonight at 8:30PM ET. According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Blackhawks are -151 money line favorites over the Wild, who are +137 money line underdogs.
The Wild haven’t fared well against the Blackhawks in previous meetings. They’re just 1-5 in their last six games overall versus the Hawks are 3-14 in their last 17 games in Chicago.
