Bruins at Wild Pick
7 Boston Bruins at 8 Minnesota Wild, 7:30PM ET
According to oddsmakers at YouWager, the Wild are a -120 favorite to win on the moneyline. The Bruins are a +100 underdog, while the total has not yet been set.
The line has not moved since it opened this morning. Check our betting odds page for the latest updates.
As of Sunday morning, public betting info has not been released. Our public betting page will be updated until the puck drops.
Boston has four players listed as questionable - defenseman Zdeno Chara (upper body), right winger David Backes (leg), defenseman Torey Krug (upper body) and center Patrice Bergeron (foot). Left winger Rick Nash (upper body) is doubtful. Left winger Jake DeBrusk (upper body) is out indefinitely. Defenseman Charlie McAvoy (knee) is out until early April. Left winger Anders Bjork (shoulder) is out for the season. For the Wild, defenseman Jared Spurgeon (hamstring) is out until mid-April. Center Luke Kunin (knee) is out for the season.
Boston is beat up, but is still a very strong team and is coming off a 3-2 win at the Stars where David Pastrnak scored the game-winner in the closing seconds. The Bruins already hold a 5-3 home victory over the Wild this season, while the last 10 meetings are even at 5-5. Boston is 6-4 over its last 10 games despite the injuries. Minnesota has won two in a row including a 4-1 home victory Saturday over the Predators. With the Bruins having an extra day of rest coming in and possibly having a couple key players back on the ice, I'm taking the visitors here.
