INJURY TO WATCH
Stars center Mattias Janmark (illness), defenseman Marc Methot (lower body) and goaltender Ben Bishop (knee) are all questionable to play today. Center Martin Hanzal is out for the season with a back injury. For Pittsburgh, center Dominik Simon (lower body) is questionable. Center Zach Aston-Reese (upper body), goalie Matt Murray (brain injury) and right winger Bryan Rust (brain injury) are all out indefinitely.
Dallas has won five of the last six meetings, although four of those games were on its home ice including a 4-3 shootout victory last month. The benefit the Stars have here is an extra day of rest as they won 2-1 at home Friday night versus the Ducks, while the Penguins played Saturday night and lost 5-2 at the Maple Leafs. The Penguins have not been perfect lately as in its three-game winning streak prior to the loss at Toronto, two of the games went to overtime. Overall, the Penguins are only 3-4 in their last seven games. Adding in that Dallas has had good history against Pittsburgh and this looks like a good game to take a shot on the underdogs.
