Monday's NHL Odds
(TheSpread) – The NHL has just two games set to take place on Monday. Here is a look at the odds for both games on the schedule.
The featured game of the day has the New York Islanders hosting the Ottawa Senators at 1PM ET (View Matchup). Oddsmakers have the Islanders as the favorite at home, giving them odds of -115 to win while the Senators have odds of +106. The over/under total for goals scored has been set at 5.5. New York is 25-25-8 on the season and 13-13-5 at home while Ottawa is 30-22-8 overall and 15-11-5 on the road. The Islanders have won the last three games in this series.
The other game set for Monday has the Carolina Hurricanes hosting the Washington Capitals at 7:30PM ET (View Matchup). Oddsmakers have the Hurricanes as the favorite in this one, giving them a money line of -120 to win, while the Capitals have an even line of +100. The over/under for goals has yet to be set in this contest. Carolina is 22-26-11 on the season and 15-12-3 at home while Washington is 29-24-5 overall and 10-16-3 on the road. Washington has won eight of its last 10 meetings with Carolina.
