Craig Anderson stopped all 14 shots that he faced in a relief appearance against the Leafs on Saturday night, which the Senators lost by a score of 4-2. Anderson replaced Marcus Hogberg with just over eight minutes remaining in the second period. He inherited a 3-0 deficit, but played outstandingly to allow the Senators to get within one goal. The Leafs potted an empty-net goal as the 38-year old was on the bench in favor of an extra attacker.
