Sunday's NHL Odds
(TheSpread) – The NHL has just our games set for Super Bowl Sunday. Here is a look at the odds for each of the four contests.
The schedule features three marquee games, but the greatest battle is of two 30-win teams. The biggest game of the day has the New York Rangers hosting the Philadelphia Flyers at 1PM ET (View Matchup). Oddsmakers have the Rangers as the favorite with a money line of -133 while the Flyers have odds of +123. The over/under for goals scored has been set at 5.5. The Rangers are 32-12-5 on the year and 15-5-2 at home while the Flyers are 30-15-6 on the year and 18-7-2 on the road. The Rangers have won the last five games against the Flyers.
Another marquee game on the day has the Washington Capitals playing host to the Boston Bruins at 12:30PM ET (View Matchup). Oddsmakers see the Bruins as the favorite to win the contest with a money line of -139 while the home-team Capitals have odds of +128. The over/under for goals scored has been set at 5.5. Boston is 32-16-2 on the year and 15-7 on the road while the Capitals are 27-20-4 on the season and 18-6-1 at home. Washington has won two of the last three games against the Bruins, but Boston has won four of the last six in this series.
