After falling behind 1-0 in the first period, the Rangers evened it up on an unassisted goal courtesy of Filip Chytil late in the period. Mika Zibanejad gave New York a 2-1 lead in the second period on a goal assisted by Brady Skjel and Mats Zuccarello. Boston tied it up with 2-2 early in the third period, while the Rangers scored the winner on a power play goal by Zibanejad with 10:55 remaining. NHL Betting Trends
The Flyers are 0-4 in their last four games versus the Metropolitan Division. Philadelphia is 1-6 in its last seven games.
The home team is 5-2 in the last seven meetings. The Rangers are 3-7 in their last 10 home games.
New York has had 10 days to rest up, while Philadelphia played last night and will be turning to backup goaltender Anthony Stolarz tonight. The fact that the Rangers will have Lundqvist in net and were playing well before the break gives them the leg up in this matchup.
