SEATTLE (AP) - Seahawks defensive tackle Brandon Mebane and tight end Luke Willson have been injured against the St. Louis Rams.
Willson was taken off the field on a cart with 13 minutes remaining Sunday after injuring his lower left leg. He was placed in an air cast on the field and helped onto the cart after being tackled on a 4-yard reception. The play before the injury, Willson was open down the middle of the field for a possible touchdown but the officials blew the whistle and negated the play.
Mebane injured his hip in the second half and will not return. He had six tackles Sunday and was extremely disruptive in the middle of Seattle's defense.
