JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) -The Jacksonville Jaguars activated defensive tackle Marcus Stroud on Friday, the final step in his return from a four-game suspension.
Stroud rejoined the team Monday and practiced all week in preparation for Sunday’s game against Carolina. The three-time Pro Bowl lineman was suspended Nov. 6 for violating the league’s steroids and related substances policy.
To make room on the roster for Stroud, the Jaguars released linebacker Marquis Cooper.
