LONDON (AP) -Reggie Bush was among seven inactive New Orleans Saints for Sunday's game with the San Diego Chargers at Wembley Stadium.
The star running back hurt his knee last weekend and had surgery Monday. Also inactive for the Saints were wide receiver Courtney Roby, cornerback Jason David, defensive tackle Brian Young, tackle Jermon Bushrod, center Jonathan Goodwin and wide receiver David Patten.
The Chargers were without linebacker Anthony Waters, linebacker Derek Smith, guard Kynan Forney, tackle Corey Clark, wide receiver Buster Davis, tight end Kris Wilson and defensive tackle Ian Scott.
The NFL is playing a regular-season game at Wembley for the second straight season. And just like last year, when the New York Giants beat the Miami Dolphins 13-10 on a rain-soaked field, the game is sold out.
