BEREA, Ohio (AP) – Browns linebacker Paul Kruger wants to show the Baltimore Ravens what they’re missing.
Kruger, who signed a five-year, $40 million free agent contract with Cleveland in March, will face his former teammates for the first time Sunday. For Kruger, winning the Super Bowl was an unforgettable experience, but one partly tarnished because he wasn’t on the field as much as he expected.
Kruger says “absolutely” when asked if he wants to do damage to the Ravens. He’s been thinking about his first game against Baltimore since he signed with Cleveland.
Kruger was frustrated with being on the field for only 17 plays during the Super Bowl, saying “to have limited reps in the biggest game of your life it is tough.” He still recorded two sacks.
