JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) -The Jacksonville Jaguars re-signed veteran guard Tutan Reyes on Wednesday and released tight end Richard Angulo.
Reyes was released during final roster cuts Sunday. He was initially signed Aug. 20, adding depth to an offensive line that was missing center Brad Meester and backup guard Stockar McDougle. Meester will miss at least the first three games, McDougle is on injured reserve, and guard Chris Naeole also has been slowed by a sprained right knee.
Angulo, a fourth-year pro, had been the team’s fourth tight end. He made the 53-man roster primarily as a blocker. He caught two passes for 24 yards in the preseason.
