KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) -Running back Larry Johnson joined the Kansas City Chiefs for practice Tuesday after having been absent from training camp since it opened July 27.
Johnson was in uniform, taking a swing pass from quarterback Brodie Croyle.
Chiefs spokesman Bob Moore said Johnson will speak to the media Wednesday.
Johnson has broken the Chiefs’ single-season rushing record in each of the past two seasons. He ran for 1,789 yards last year and set an NFL record with 416 carries.
