JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) -Jaguars receiver Reggie Williams reinjured his right knee Tuesday night, hours after being activated.
During the evening practice, Williams made a spin move after a reception and hurt the knee. He had to be carted off the field.
Earlier, Williams was removed from the physically unable to perform list. He missed the first three days of training camp due to a sprained right knee. But he was back on the field Tuesday wearing a protective sleeve, running routes and catching passes until getting hurt again.
Williams, a first-round draft pick from Washington in 2004, had his most productive season last year. Although he caught just 38 passes, he averaged 16.6 yards a catch and had 10 touchdowns.
The Jaguars still have receiver Jerry Porter (knee), defensive end Jeremy Mincey (wrist), safety Chad Nkang (wrist) and tight end George Wrighster (knee) on the PUP list.
