Oddsmakers haven't been killing public bettors all season when it comes to Atlanta. The Falcons are still the sixth-most bet on team in the NFL this season, despite the fact that they haven't covered a point spread in eight straight weeks.

According to oddsmakers from online sports book Mybookie.ag, the Jaguars are only a 3-point home favorite for today's game. Bettors only have to lay a field goal on a Jacksonville team that is hosting an opponent that seemingly gave up weeks ago, as evidence of Atlanta's 38-0 loss at Carolina last Sunday.

Only having to lay 3 points is an early Christmas gift for bettors. Even with T.J. Yeldon out, Denard Robinson should find plenty of running room against a Falcons defense that has allowed 166.3 rushing yards per game over the last three weeks. Plus, Atlanta will be without middle linebacker Paul Worrilow (knee).

The Falcons have also posted 12 turnovers over the past four weeks so Blake Bortles and Co. should have plenty of scoring opportunities today.
