New England Patriots DFS Spin
Mac Jones completed 23-of-27 attempts for 246 yards in the Patriots’ 10-3, Week 11 win over the Jets. Jones wasn’t nearly as ineffective as Zach Wilson, who threw for just 77 yards, but he still managed to lead the Patriots to just three offensive points. A punt return provided the Patriots with their only TD of the day. Jones will need to step up his game against the Vikings on Thanksgiving. Fortunately, the Vikings’ defense isn’t nearly as imposing as the Jets’.
Minnesota Vikings DFS Spin
Kirk Cousins completed 12-of-23 passes for 105 yards in the Vikings’ Week 11 game against the Cowboys. Cousins took an early seat in the fourth quarter with the Vikings getting humiliated 40-3 at home. Before departing, Cousins had absorbed seven sacks and lost a fumble, setting up the Cowboys’ first score of the game. Micah Parsons and company were living in Cousins’ kitchen after LT Christian Darrisaw departed with an early concussion. With Darrisaw now all but guaranteed to miss the Vikings’ short-week, Thanksgiving game against the Patriots, Cousins will more than likely be in misery vs. Bill Belichick’s defense. With all 32 teams active for Week 12, Cousins will probably find himself outside the top 12 at quarterback.
