According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, the Patriots are favored at home, as they are getting odds of -7 points against the Bills. The over/under total for the game has been set at 47 points.

The Patriots are 9-0 on the season, 5-3-1 against the spread and 5-4 with the over. Buffalo is 5-4 on the season, 5-4 against the spread and 5-4 with the over. These two have hit the over in seven of their last 10 meetings, including the last two meetings in New England.

Buffalo put up 32 points on New England on Sept. 20. The problem? They allowed 40 points at home. Tom Brady has 24 TDs passes and threw for 466 yards and three TDs in the first meeting this year. The Patriots have also scored in an NFL record 35-straight quarters. Buffalo can score as well as WR Sammy Watkins and RB LeSean McCoy will have chances to make big plays.
