According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Arizona is favored at home, as the Cardinals are getting odds of -4.5 points against the Bengals. The over/under total for the game has been set at 48 points. The home team has won seven of the last eight in this series and the Cardinals are 4-2 against the spread in their last six against the Bengals.

Arizona is 7-2 on the season, 6-3 against the spread and 7-2 with the over. The Cardinals are coming off a 39-32 win at Seattle last week for their third straight victory. Arizona ranks second in the NFL in scoring at 33.6 points per game. The Cards are leading the league in total offense at 421.1 yards per game. On defense, Arizona is giving up just 20.6 points and 316.1 yards per contest. Carson Palmer has thrown for 2,749 yards and 23 touchdowns this season to lead the offense while Chris Johnson has run for 734 yards and Larry Fitzgerald has 65 receptions for 836 yards and seven touchdowns. The defense is led by Tyrann Mathieu, who has 52 tackles with three interceptions.

Cincinnati is 8-1 on the season, 7-1-1 against the spread and 5-4 with the over. The Bengals are coming off a 10-6 loss to Houston on Monday for their first loss of the season. Despite Monday’s struggles, Cincy is averaging 26.1 points and 376.1 yards per game on offense. The defense is giving up a league-low 16.9 points per game to go along with 338.8 yards per contest. Andy Dalton has thrown for 2,423 yards and 18 touchdowns to lead the team this season while A.J. Green has caught 55 passes for 769 yards and four scores. Giovani Bernard has run for 547 yards and two touchdowns while Carlos Dunlap leads the defense with 30 tackles and 8.5 sacks.
