The Kansas City Chiefs continue to score and allow points in bunches. Will that continue on Sunday night when they host the Cincinnati Bengals at 8:20 p.m. ET for Sunday Night Football?

8:20 p.m. ET, Sunday, October 21

Public Betting Trends
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetNow.eu, the Chiefs are 6-point favorites to beat the Bengals. The total, meanwhile, sits at 58 points. As of this writing, 65% of the public betting tickets are on the Chiefs to cover the point spread.
Cincinnati Bengals
Giovani Bernard (knee) remained sidelined at Wednesday’s practice. Team reporter Geoff Hobson expects Bernard to miss another game Sunday against Kansas City, which would be his third straight absence. Gio was playing well before his injury but with Joe Mixon occupying close to an every-down role, he’ll just be a handcuff/change-of-pace option upon his return.
Kansas City Chiefs
Justin Houston (hamstring) did not practice Thursday. He was also out Wednesday, suggesting he is on the way to a second missed game in a row. Dee Ford has been outstanding this season, but Kansas City’s pass rush is a concern with Houston sidelined.
NFL Betting Trends
Cincinnati
The under is 15-5 in the Bengals’ last 20 games after allowing more than 250 yards passing in their previous game.
Kansas City
The under is 23-6 in the Chiefs’ last 20 game after allowing more than 150 yards rushing in their previous game.
Prediction
The over is a perfect 4-0 in the Bengals’ last four road games, is 5-2 in their last seven conference games, and is 14-6-1 in their last 21 matchups played in the month of October. Even with the total sitting in the high 50s last Sunday night, the Chiefs and Patriots combined for 83 points. There’s no reason to believe that a game involving Kansas City won’t be able to get into the 60s.
