The 4-1 Bills visit the 3-2 Titans on Monday Night Football in Week 6 tonight and are laying six points as road chalk. Is Buffalo the best bet on the board or is there a more profitable play?

Buffalo Bills DFS Spin
Stefon Diggs has the fifth most downfield targets among wide receivers through Week 5. His 11 targets of more than 20 yards trails only Courtland Sutton, Marquise Brown, Tyler Lockett, and Ja’Marr Chase, each of whom has 14 deep targets. Diggs’ high-value looks are certainly there, even as he’s converted just four of those downfield looks for 170 yards. Diggs leads Buffalo in target share (27 percent) and air yards share (36 percent). While teammate Emmanuel Sanders has made the most of his nine downfield targets — two of which resulted in long touchdowns — Diggs is getting his opportunities. He has a good chance of breaking out this week against a Tennessee defense allowing 12.5 yards per completion, the league’s fourth highest rate.
Tennessee Titans DFS Spin
A.J. Brown has been downgraded to questionable for Week 6 against the Bills with an illness. The Titans are playing on Monday Night Football. Sudden status changes with an illness in 2021 lead to COVID-19 concerns, but Brown would probably already be on the reserve/COVID-19 list were that a worry. It’s still a red flag that the Titans were concerned enough to officially downgrade their No. 1 wideout. Were Brown to sit, a returning Julio Jones would dominate work in the Titans’ receiver corps, provided his balky hamstring doesn’t buckle. Josh Reynolds, Chester Rogers and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine are the next men up after that.
NFL Week 6 Betting Prediction
The underdog is a perfect 6-0 against the spread in the last six meetings between these two teams, but the Bills have been too profitable at the window to pass on. Buffalo is 6-1 against the spread in its last seven road games, is 13-3 against the number in its last 16 games overall and is 9-1-1 at the betting window in its last 11 games coming off a win of more than 14 points. The Titans, meanwhile, are 10-25-1 against the spread in their last 36 games after allowing more than 150 yards rushing in their previous game.
