Baltimore is 1-4 on the season, 0-4-1 against the spread and 3-2 with the over. The Ravens are coming off a 33-30 loss at home to the Browns. Baltimore has had all four of its losses come by 6 points or less. The other three were all by at least 14 points. San Francisco has the lowest-scoring offense in the league, posting just 15 points per game to go along with 307.2 yards per game. On defense, the 49ers are giving up 28 points and 406.8 yards per game. They rank 31st in the NFL in yards allowed. Colin Kaepernick has thrown for 989 yards and four touchdowns while rushing for 218 yards, but he also has five interceptions. Carlos Hyde has added 375 rushing yards with three scores. The San Francisco defense is led by NaVorro Bowman, who has 44 tackles with a sack.
