Browns vs. Ravens Free Pick
The Baltimore Ravens are coming off extra rest and their first win of 2015 but they're also decimated. Will they cover the spread when they host the Cleveland Browns at 1:00PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Mybookie.ag, the Ravens are 6-point home favorites versus the Browns while the over/under is currently sitting at 42.5 points. Cleveland enters play with a 1-3 record and is 2-2 against the spread, while Baltimore is also 1-3 but 0-3-1 at the betting window.
Cleveland has one of the worst defenses in the league through four weeks but Baltimore is completely decimated on offense. There's a good chance that the Ravens will be without receiver Steve Smith (back), tight end Crockett Gillmore (calf) and left tackle Eugene Monroe (concussion) for today's game. Rookie wideout Breshad Perriman is also out again, meaning Joe Flacco's No. 1 receiver will be Kamar Aiken, a career journeyman with only 35 career receptions.
Flacco has owned the Browns in the past, winning 13-of-14 meetings with Cleveland. But with the Ravens this banged up, the smart money is on the Browns, who are 4-1 against the spread in their last five trips to Baltimore. The road team is also 8-2-1 against the number in the last 11 meetings between these two teams.
