The Cincinnati Bengals look to remain unbeaten on Sunday, but face a tough test when they host the Seattle Seahawks at 1PM ET on FOX.
According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Cincinnati is the slight favorite at home, as the Bengals are getting odds of -2.5 points against the Seahawks. The over/under total for the game has been set at 43 points. The home team has won four of the last five in this series and the Bengals have covered the spread in five of their last six against the Seahawks.
Cincinnati is 4-0 on the season, 4-0 against the spread and 3-1 with the over. The Bengals are coming off a 36-21 win over the Chiefs to improve to 4-0. Cincy is putting up 30.2 points and 424.8 yards per game on the season, making it one of the top offenses in the league. The defense is allowing just 19.2 points per contest. Andy Dalton is having a strong year, throwing for 1,187 yards and nine touchdowns with just one interception. A.J. Green has added 25 receptions for 417 yards and three touchdowns. The defense is led by Carlos Dunlap, who has 15 tackles and 3.5 sacks.
Seattle is 2-2 on the season, 1-3 against the spread and 3-1 with the under. The Seahawks are coming off a 13-10 win over the Lions on Monday night in somewhat controversial fashion. However, Seattle is now on a two-game win streak despite an 0-2 start. Seattle is averaging 21.8 points and 372 yards per game on offense while the defense is holding opponents to 17.8 points and 291.5 yards per contest. Russell Wilson has thrown for 979 yards and five touchdowns while rushing for 177 yards, but he has also been sacked 18 times already. Marshawn Lynch missed Monday’s game with a hamstring issue and its unknown if he will play this weekend. The Seattle defense is led by Bobby Wagner, who has 34 tackles and ½ a sack.
