Colts vs. Broncos Prediction & Odds
Matt Ryan and the Colts have stumbled to 1-2-1 record to start the season and won’t have Jonathan Taylor on Thursday night when they visit the Broncos at 8:15 p.m. ET.
Are the Colts a bad play as a 3.5-point dog tonight for Thursday Night Football?

Indianapolis Colts DFS Spin
Jonathan Taylor (ankle) won’t play in Week 5 against the Broncos. Taylor suffered the injury in Week 4, but the tests on his ankle came back negative, meaning he avoided a serious injury. Still, after sitting out of practice all week, his absence on Thursday was all but inevitable. Taylor has a good shot at returning in Week 6 against the Jaguars. In the meantime, Phillip Lindsay and Deon Jackson will fill in for Taylor between the tackles. Nyheim Hines will also play a larger role on the ground. With the split between Jackson and Lindsay up in the air, Hines should be the only back fantasy managers look to on this team.
Denver Broncos DFS Spin
Russell Wilson (shoulder) will play Thursday night against the Colts. He was limited all week, but Wilson was left off the final injury report and will be ready to go. Wilson had his best fantasy performance of the season against the Raiders, but it is tough to imagine a Jonathan Taylor-less Colts offense really pushing the Broncos. He looks more like a QB2 this week.

Colts vs. Broncos Prediction:
Despite their struggles to start the season and despite not having Taylor tonight, I still like the Colts, who are 9-3 against the spread in their last 12 games versus the Broncos and are 4-1 against the number in their last five games at Mile High Stadium in Denver. The underdog in this series is also 5-2 against the spread in the last seven meetings, while the Colts are 11-5 against the number in their last 16 away games. On the other side, the Broncos are 2-6 against the spread in their last eight games overall, are 1-6 against the number in their last seven conference games and have dropped five of their last seven games ATS after allowing more than 350 total yards in their previous contest.
