Public Betting Trends
According to our NFL Football Public Betting Chart page, the Ravens are receiving 61% of the betting tickets from online sportsbooks.
Baltimore Ravens Fantasy Spin
Mark Andrews (foot) did not practice Wednesday. Status quo for him, though this foot injury did limit him to 29-of-69 snaps played in a game that the Ravens trailed the whole way against Cleveland. Andrews will be out there Week 5 against the Steelers.
Pittsburgh Steelers Fantasy Spin
JuJu Smith-Schuster (toe) missed practice Wednesday. As did James Conner (ankle) and Vance McDonald (shoulder). JuJu didn’t appear nicked up in Monday’s victory, so there’s an outside chance this is merely mid-week rest. There’s no reason to overreact just yet. He’ll be a WR2 against the Ravens if he suits up.
NFL Betting Trends
Baltimore
The over is 4-1 in the Ravens’ last five games versus a conference opponent.
Pittsburgh
The under is 7-1 in the Steelers’ last eight games after allowing less than 150 yards passing in their previous contest.
Prediction
The Steelers scored 27 points on Monday night versus the Bengals, but Cincinnati’s offense hung its defense out to dry all night and outside of one long touchdown pass, Pittsburgh kept a lot of its passing plays around the line of scrimmage. While Baltimore’s defense has really struggled the past two weeks, I expect the Ravens to have a better defensive performance on Sunday. The under is 6-2-1 in the last nine meetings between these two teams, is 5-1 in the Steelers’ last six divisional games and is 4-1 in their last five games overall.
NFL Week 5 Prediction: Ravens/Steelers UNDER 44.5
