The Broncos are a perfect 3-0 on the season and against the spread for the 2016 season following a 29-17 win over the Bengals last week on the road. Denver is giving up just 19 points and 326.7 yards per game during this 3-0 start thanks to its tremendous pass rush that has 12 sacks already this season. The defense has helped Trevor Siemian get comfortable in his starting QB role. The second-year QB from Northwestern a breakout game last week, throwing for 312 yards and four touchdowns against the Bengals, getting both Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders over 100 yards. The offense is now averaging 28 points and 363 yards per game. Siemian has thrown for 756 yards and five touchdowns in three starts.
Tampa Bay is off to a 1-2 start following a 37-32 loss to the Rams at home last week. The Bucs are also 1-2 against the spread. Tampa is putting up 395.7 yards per game but averaging only 23.3 points while the defense is giving up 33.7 points per game while allowing just 377 yards per contest. Jameis Winston has struggled with turnovers this season, as he has five touchdowns and five interceptions. The loss of Doug Martin in the backfield to an injury has really seemed to make Tampa a one-dimensional offense, as the run game has just 258 yards in three games and the leading rusher is Charles Sims with just 88 yards.

I just don’t see Tampa figuring it all out this week. The Denver pass rush should be a big problem once again and force Winston into some bad throws, which will lead to turnovers and give the Broncos short fields to work with. Siemian should have some confidence after last week and be able to light up a Tampa Bay defense that is giving up just under 280 yards per game in the air.
